The young design student, Karen Kjældgård-Larsen, presents Royal Copenhagen with a bold idea: A dramatic reinterpretation of the classic Musselmalede frame. Her designs break all traditions while preserving the hand-painted craftsmanship. The enlargement of the classic pattern creates an extraordinary and unique expression, where the original pattern is still recognizable. Musselmalet Riflet is reborn. With this rebirth, the pattern from 1775 has undergone an evolution, and a modern classic is born. The simple porcelain bowl is both functional and elegant. The bowl is beautifully decorated with the Blue Mega Fluted pattern, and the well-known graceful expression makes it a beautiful element in all rooms of the house.
