Welcome to Metz Webshop for our business partners and their employees/members. In this webshop you can buy select brands at reduced prices.

Prices
All prices quoted in the Webshop are inclusive of VAT (value added tax).


Freight & Handling
Delivery only within Denmark:
We offer free freight and handling, if you order goods for a minimum of DKK 999.– and choose to have the goods delivered to GLS pakkeshop.
If your order is below DKK 999,- a fixed charge of DKK 69,- will be added to cover freight & handling.

Delivery
Products ordered via the Webshop will normally be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. You will receive a sms/email, once the goods have been shipped from our warehouse.


Payment
Payment can be made with debit cards. We take payments via Dankort, VISA and Eurocard.


Returning Goods
You are entitled to return your goods, two weeks after receipt.
Please note! As the buyer, you shall be liable for any deterioration of the value of the goods, which are due to different handling than what is necessary to determine the nature of the products, their characteristics and the way they work. You cannot return sealed goods, where the seal has been broken after delivery, - due to protection of health or for hygiene reasons.

Return of goods:
Once we have received the form, we will post you a return receipt. The freight is pre-paid.
Once we have received the goods, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible.


Terms and Conditions of Sale
As a minimum, we offer a one-year guarantee and a two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all goods in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. On select products, e.g. High Sierra travel bags, there are from 3 to 25 years warranty. Please see the specific products for further details.

If a product is damaged or has a defect, please register a complaint. Please fill in this form.
Once we have received the form, we will post you a return receipt. The freight is pre-paid.
Once we have received the damaged product, we will contact you.
