The frying pans have a hybrid coating, which is a combination of a raised stainless steel pattern and a 2-layer ceramic coating.
The raised pattern protects the coating on the bottom, and the ceramic top coating provides the non-stick effect. You can safely use metal utensils with this pan.
The frying pan has a 3-ply construction, consisting of two layers of stainless steel with an aluminum layer in the middle, which makes it heat up quickly and ensures even heat distribution.

- 1 Frying pan in size 28 cm
Size: 20, 24 & 28 cm.
