I have a question to my order, how do I get in touch with you?
Please fill in the contact form with your name, phone number, email, and message and we’ll get back to you.

How do I create an account?
Press the button labelled ‘Create account’ located at the top of the site.

To create an account, you need to enter:
• Name details
• Your company email
• Password

I’ve forgotten my password
Click on ‘Sign in’, choose ‘Forgot your password’, and enter your email.

I want to change my account
Click on ‘my profile’ choose ‘Edit profile’
Edit your profile and remember to save the changes at the bottom of the site.

What is the delivery time?
Orders will be sent from our warehouse within 2 working days after the order is placed.

The item is not in stock
Expected arrival times for the new arrival is shown on the product card.
You can be notified when the item is in stock by choosing the option ‘Email me when new arrival is available’.
