Prices 
All prices in the shop are excluding VAT. 
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs costs can be expected. 
 
Delivery Terms 
Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after receiving/approving the order. Please note that some products may have longer delivery times. Information will always be specified on the product if a longer delivery time is expected. 
 
Delivery Methods: Orders delivered to Denmark are shipped via GLS or Danske Fragtmænd. Orders outside Denmark are shipped via UPS, DHL or DSV. 
 
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be informed of the exact costs before completing your purchase. 
 
Delivery Time: The delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch within Denmark. Shipments within Europe take 2-5 business days (1-2 for Express delivery). Shipments to the rest of the world take 4-7 business days (2-5 for Express delivery). Please note that delivery times may be longer in remote areas or during busy periods such as holidays. 
 
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package. 
 
Delivery Errors: In case of delivery errors or if you haven't received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service.
