Terms and conditions

All prices are exclusive VAT and duty. If you require deliveries outside of Denmark but within EU, please advise your VAT number when creating your account.
Payment Terms: 30 days, net.

Delivery time:

All orders will be sent from our warehouse within 2 days after the order is placed. However we will normally send the goods latest the day after the order has been placed.
In addittion to the above handling time the freight times are as follows:

Denmark:
GLS: delivery next day
GLS Express: delivery next day before 9:30 am.

Outside Denmark:
The estimated delivery times by UPS are as follows:

By UPS Standard:
Within Europe: 2-5 days.
Rest of the world: 4-7 days.

By UPS Express:
Within Europe: 1-2 days.
Rest of the world: 4-6 days.

By UPS Express saver:
Within Europe: 1-2 days.
Rest of the world: 4-7 days.
