The grill pan, which is part of the Mineral B Element collection, is used for grilling low-fat meat. The pan has ridges that give the meat beautiful grill marks and reduce the risk of sticking to the surface. The pan is also perfect for cooking shellfish, fish, and vegetables, and is coated with beeswax to ensure a protective finish and ease seasoning.
Note: The pan will turn black after a short period of use, which is a natural process with iron pans.
