The large cutting board with juice groove is part of the beautiful dark Yami kitchen collection, which is made of carbonized ash wood.
In addition to a groove along the entire edge of the board, the board also has a deeper juice groove that can easily catch meat juices.
For maintenance, the product can be lubricated in cooking oil and cleaning can be done in warm water and detergent. Dishwasher is not recommended. The wood's burnt scent will fade with use.
